Saifi was the place that first turned Lebanon into home, many, many years ago. I went for a five-weeks term, and didn't leave anymore.
All the teachers I had were wonderful, well prepared and dedicated, making learning Arabic from scratch as an adult a pleasant challenge. I went from zero to discussing environmental policies in a little over a year, and I still don't understand how ????.
And such wonderful people!
(And yes, I used to go to the Gemmayzeh school, my heart breaks when I pass by now)
